About Me



I am Ben-Zheng Li (李本正), a PhD candidate (advised by Prof. Xi-Le Zhao) with the School of Mathematical Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China. My Ph.D. research project is "Modeling and Algorithm for High-dimensional Data Processing". My research interests include (but are not limited to) high-dimensional data processing, tensor modeling, and efficient algorithms.

  • July 2024: I am delighted to be awarded the scholarship under the China Scholarship Council (CSC). I will pursue my studies as a Visiting PhD student (advised by Prof. Delin Chu) in the Department of Mathematics at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

  • July 2024: Our paper "Convolutional Low-Rank Tensor Representation for Structural Missing Traffic Data Imputation" (authors: Ben-Zheng Li, Xi-Le Zhao, Xinyu Chen, Meng Ding, Ryan Wen Liu) was accepted to IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (TITS).

  • July 2024: I attended the 2024 IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) in Athens, Greece. I gave a oral presentation about "Hyperspectral Images Mixed Noise Removal Via Group-Tube Transform Induced Sparsity and Low-Rankness" (check out the slides) in Session MO3.R2: Hyperspectral Data Processing and Analysis: Hyperspectral Data Denoising and Restoration.
